Fungi:> Basidiomycota:> Agaricomycetes:> Agaricales:> Hymenogastraceae:> Galerina, Hebeloma, Phaeocollybia, Psilocybe,Tympanella.
A diverse family of brown‑spored agarics, ranging from small moss‑dwelling species to robust woodland mushrooms, united by brown to rusty‑brown spore prints, smooth to ornamented spores, and a shared evolutionary origin within the stropharioid clade of Agaricales. Members include saprotrophs, ectomycorrhizal symbionts, and species with psychoactive compounds, making this one of the most ecologically and morphologically varied families in the New Zealand agaric flora.
Genus: Galerina
Galerina is a genus of small saprotrophic agarics having a bell-shaped cap, and gills attached to a long and slender cartilaginous stem with ornamented brown spores. Many of which are toxic and are occasionally confused with hallucinogenic species of Psilocybe.

The fungi below are those that I have been unable to identify beyond there genus. This maybe due to me miss understanding the keys or a species that has not yet been described (named).

Genus: Hebeloma
A genus of brown-spored ectomycorrhizal agarics characterised by viscid caps, brownish gills with a pale margin, distinctive cheilocystidia, and a strong or unpleasant odour in many species.

Hebeloma crustuliniforme Hebeloma crustuliniforme
Hebeloma victoriense Hebeloma victoriense
Genus: Phaeocollybia
A genus of mycorrhizal brown-spored agarics characterised by their deeply rooting stipe, viscid reddish-brown caps, and rust-brown spores. Species are typically associated with forest soils, often forming fruitbodies with a long, tapering pseudorhiza that penetrates deeply into the substrate

Genus: Psilocybe
A genus of small to medium-sized saprotrophic agarics best known for their hygrophanous brown caps, purple-brown spores, bluish bruising, and distinctive cystidial morphology. Globally distributed, with centres of diversity in the Americas, Australasia, and temperate Asia. New Zealand hosts several native and introduced species, including P. subaeruginosa, P. makarorae, and the northern endemic Psilocybe aucklandiae.

Genus: Tympanella
A small genus of secotioid to agaricoid forest fungi characterised by their strongly incurved pileus margin, distinct lamellae, and fibrillose veil remnants. Endemic to New Zealand, Tympanella occupies a morphological space between gilled agarics and pouch-like secotioid forms, but always retains true lamellae, separating it from fully sequestrate genera.
